Behold Made In Nigerian Cars Unveiled By Stallion Group

Barely three months after delivering the Made-in-Nigeria Nissan range of vehicles, the Stallion Group has delivered yet again on another promise - the manufacture and assembly of Hyundai range of vehicles.

The Chairman of the Stallion Group, Mr Sunil Vaswani, who broke the news in Lagos, promised that the new vehicles “will be  affordably priced,” in order to give Nigerians a break from the strangle-hold of wholesale vehicle importers.

The made-in-Nigeria Hyundai vehicles are being assembled at the Hyundai Motor plant in Lagos.

Some of the Hyundai passenger cars which are priced between N1.5 million and N1.9 million are i10, Grand, Accent, Elantra and iX35 while in the truck and bus segments, the 10-ton HD160, seven-ton HD 120, five-ton HD78 and three-ton HD65 as well as 28+1 seater Hyundai County bus and 30-seater Stallion County bus are now being supplied to the market.

On Ebola: US Government To Give The Experimental Drug ZMapp To The Liberian Government

Yesterday, Liberian president, a statement published by the Liberian President’s website stated that Liberia is to receive sample doses of experimental drug, ZMapp to treat doctors infected with the Ebola Virus. The Statement said that the US had approved a request from Liberia to ship the medicine after a US President Barack Obama received a direct appeal from the Liberian Government on Friday.

However, US Health and Human Services (HHS) Department spokes person has said that the US authorities had simply assisted in connecting the Liberian government with the drug's manufacturer, insisting that the drug company had worked directly with the Liberian government.

Data shows that the deaths from Ebola have passed the 1,000 mark. Just yesterday, the World Health Organization (WHO) said 1,013 people have now died from Ebola.

Lengendary HollyWood Actor Robin Williams Has Died At Age 63

Popular plus Legendary Hollywood actor and comedian Robin Williams has died at age 63. He did Jurassic Park. People like me watched that movie as a kid (Plus I’m a fan.)  He was found dead yesterday Monday August 11th in his home in Tiburon California. Police suspect he committed suicide by asphyxiation. His publicist said he had been battling severe depression for a while. I will miss him, the world will miss him!

On August 11, 2014, at approximately 11:55 a.m, Marin County Communications received a 9-1-1 telephone call reporting a male adult had been located unconscious and not breathing inside his residence in unincorporated Tiburon, CA. The Sheriff’s Office, as well as the Tiburon Fire Department and Southern Marin Fire Protection District were dispatched to the incident with emergency personnel arriving on scene at 12:00 pm. The male subject, pronounced deceased at 12:02 pm has been identified as Robin McLaurin Williams, a 63-year-old resident of unincorporated Tiburon, CA."
