23 Year Old Son of Former FCT Minister Mallam El- Rufai Dies In Auto Plus Photos From Accident Scene
Former FCT Minister, Mallam El Rufai's son Hamza El Rufai died this morning July 29th in a fatal auto accident around the Ningi Barrack along A.Y.A - Kubwa road as at about 5.30am this morning. Hamza was driving the black Lexus car (pictured above) when he ran into a stationery blue colored Volkswagen Saloon car.
It has been reported that two persons were involved in the crash but only Hamza died. According to the Federal Road Safety Corps, his corpse was taken to the national mosque by his parents while the crashed vehicles were deposited at the Maitama Police station.

There Are No Flight Restrictions From West Africa To America Over Ebola Yet- Jen Psaki
Jen Psaki the U.S State Department
Spokeswoman has told reporters that they (U.S) will be taking a ‘wait and see’
approach on the Ebola Virus breakout. While three West African nations enforce
the suspension of flights from Liberia, and Sierra Leone.
The State Department is the agency that would
suspend, or place, international flight restrictions in the event a major
Trans-Atlantic outbreak of the Ebola virus under U.S. Law. Jen Psaki said that
the State Department would first follow the lead, and recommendations of the
Atlanta-based Center for Disease Control to place flight restrictions.
Psaki said that U.S. officials are closely
monitoring the on-going outbreak of Ebola in the five West African countries
where the illness has surfaced. She said that as officials manage support to
the countries afflicted with Ebola, the U.S. was not ready to issue travel bans
to American citizens visiting the West African Nations.
According to FOX News, a second American aid
worker has tested positive for the Ebola virus. Health officials have identified
Nancy Writebol as the second known American to contract the disease. Writebol
is a worker with an allied aid group called SIM (Serving In Mission).
Nigerian Weight Lifting Gold Medalist 16, Fails Doping Test At Commonwealth Games
It’s been reported that the Commonwealth Games Federation today July 29th
said that the Nigerian female weightlifting gold medalist Chika Amalaha has
failed a doping test.
The CGF chief executive Mike Hooper said that Amalaha, who is 16 years old, tested positive for diuretics and masking agents after winning gold in the 53-kilogram (117-pound) division last Friday July 25th.
She has requested for a “B” sample test, which be conducted tomorrow Wednesday July 30th.
