Nigerians Artistes Named Among Africa's Richest Artistes!



Our Nigerian artiste recently made top list in the Africa Richest Artiste Ratings.
Tuface, BankyW, D'Banj and PSquare made top ten!
Here’s the Top Ten According to Africa Answers list:
1. Senegalese Youssou N’Dour
2    2. Nigeria’s PSquare
3    3. D’Banj (Also from Nigeria)
4    4. DR Congolese; Koffi Olomide
5    5.   Mali’s Salif Keita
6    6. Fally Ipupa from DR Congo
7    7. Nigeria’s 2face Idibia
8    8. Hugh Masekela from South Africa
9    9 Banky W (a.k.a Mr. Capable) form Nigeria
10.Jose Chameleone ( I think from Uganda)


  • PSquare makes over $150,000 per show. They have a Squareville worth $3 million in Ikeja,Lagos- Nigeria. They also have a 3 years deal with Globalcom; a telecommunication company as brand ambassadors where they are paid a million dollars a year.
  • D banj, made $1 million dollars when he was paid by a T.V station to star on his own reality show called the Koko Mansion. He has a house in Atlanta worth of $1.5 million and reportedly charges on the upside of $100000 per show currently.
  • 2face has investments in real estate across Nigeria, he earns around $50k to $80k per show and owns a night club in Nigeria.
  • For Banky W, they said he has been a brand ambassador for Etisalat mobile in Nigeria and is currently the face for Samsung products in the West African nation. Banky W has started off Mr Capable foundation; an education charity organization with the aim to aid in the education of children from poor families.
