show them the money.
If

Mandela's Condition Is Much Better Says President Zuma Of South Africa
President
Zuma of South Africa, this morning reported that South
Africa’s anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela has improved overnight. His
statement came after he visited Mandela in a hospital in Pretoria. He said Mandela's
medical team told him the former president "remains critical but is now
stable."
He said "I canceled my visit to
Mozambique today so that I can see him and confer with the doctors. He is much
better today than he was when I saw him last night,"
Although earlier, Mandela's oldest
daughter said that although her father is critically ill, he opens his eyes and
responds to touch.
Mandela,

President Obama calls him a personal
hero, I call him a personal hero too!

Obama Won't Visit Nigeria. The Why, And What We Think!
American Deputy National Security Advisor, Ben
Rhodes, made clarifications at a briefing on Tuesday 25th June,
2013.
According to the US official, the ongoing
insecurity seems to be responsible for the exclusion of Nigeria in Obama’s
second visit to the continent.
President Obama will be visiting Senegal for West
Africa, Tanzania for East Africa and South Africa.
Trade and Investment, democratic
institution-building, young people, and economic growth will be the focus
of his visit.
How be it, Nigeria has a lot of work to do, with
the security issues and economic growth. When this is settled, or progressively
dealt with, she would naturally be the first choice of visit.

Dilapidated Oke-Afa Bridge In Ejigbo L.C.D.A of Lagos State
The people living in Oke-Afa and environs have to cross this very old bridge (the picture above) before going home or going out and about their source of livelihood. The Sad news is that the bad shape of this bridge is totally life threatening!
Now don't blame the bridge!!! It's over 2 decades old with little or no maintenance!!!
Now don't blame the bridge!!! It's over 2 decades old with little or no maintenance!!!
It's no news that the traffic experienced along this road during the evening part of the day is totally frustrating, resulting in many commuters trekking home. So imagine trekking on a railess bridge!!!
That is the exact plight of the people using this bridge. The people using this bridge had on several occasions cried out to the government, and i dare say i'm sure that the Governor, the LCDA Chairman and other high government official have seen this bridge's dilapidated state!!!
This is another call to the State level of Lagos State, The LCDA Chairman and his people, the Lagos State Safety Commission and every other government parastatal involved with rehabilitating dilapitated infrastructures in Lagos State.

Nigeria's Mikel Obi Is Set To Move To Galatasaray
Nigeria’s Super Eagles midfielder
John Mikel Obi is set to leave Chelsea for Galatasaray. Mikel told Sabah,
a daily Turkish newspaper that the Turkey football club had made an offer which
he's pleased with and he is looking
forward to being in Istanbul.
He said:
'I asked Drogba for
advice and he told me that Istanbul is a fantastic city, that Galatasaray is a
huge club and that I have to make the move. I have played at Chelsea for a long
time and it's now time for me to leave.
'I'm still only 26 and
it's great to receive an offer from a club (Galatasaray) playing Champions
League football and doing well in the competition.'
Talks have reached an
advanced level between Chelsea and Galatasaray. Chelsea won't make the move
difficult and regarding my salary there won't be a problem. All that is left is
for the clubs to reach an agreement.'
*Sigh* If it's okay with you, then it's okay with us. Just ensure it's the right thing to do Mikel
