The Liberian Diagnosed Of Ebola Virus In Lagos, Has Died


The Liberian man diagnosed of the Ebola Virus last week Thursday evening by the Lagos State Government has died.

It should be noted that the Lagos State Government last week Thursday confirmed the presence of the Ebola Virus in the state, following the admission of the Liberian, Mr. Patrick Sawyer, at a private hospital in the Obalende area of Lagos State.

However, a medical source who spoke with Sahara Reporters under condition of anonymity said the death occurred on Thursday night.

Late Mr. Sawyer came into Nigeria on Sunday from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea are other countries in the West Africa sub-region with high cases of Ebola infections. Cases of Ebola Virus has been on the rise in Liberia too.
