Burkini Ban Update: France's Highest Administrative Court Overturns Ban of Burkini's

The highest administrative court in France has said that the ban of Burkini's. The courst ruled that the ban on the full-body burkini swimsuits in Villeneuve-Loubet were 'seriously, and clearly illegal'.

 Meanwhile many women had already been fined by police for wearing burkinis. It has been reported that even though the ministry of justice sources in Paris insisting that the case’s ruling would apply immediately across all resorts, some mayors said they would not lift the ban.
