Mariah Carey Says She Won't Be Having Anymore Kids

Mariah Carey has said that she's done having kids during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

During the show, a fan caller asked whether or not she and Nick were planning to have more children. Here's her response...
"If Nick could have the babies himself, then yeah, bring 'em on. We love kids," Mariah answered. "Here's the thing: This is real. I'm responsible for the kids for like forever. I look at it like, they didn't ask for this lifestyle but here they are."
"To anyone who has ever carried twins, it is a totally different experience...You don't even know who you are. I had a very difficult pregnancy, but I was alone most of the time. We love Nick, but he's working. He's the hardest-working man in show business."

5 Best Performing Economy In Africa

It is said that Africa is going to become the world’s economic engine in the next 10 years or during the 21st century. Some report have identified some fast growing and promising economies amongst the 54 African countries.

According to Ventures Africa

That Africa is set to become the world’s economic engine in the next 10 years or during the 21st century is no doubt a well-known fact. But that almost all the 54 countries on the continent compete fiercely to be in the top position of the 5 fastest-growing economies in Africa is little known. However, it becomes evident when the names of the top performing economies on the continent changes each year.

According to auditing firm Ernst & Young’s 2013 Competitive Survey, the projected GDP growth from 2012-2017 identify Malawi, Mozambique, Angola, Ethiopia and Zambia as economies that will outperform others.

Malawi tops the list with an expected GDP growth during this period of 7 percent and followed closely by Mozambique at 6.8 percent economic growth.

News Reports: Nigerian House of Reps Wants President Jonathan To Review Stella's Status As Minister

According to PM News

The Nigerian House of Representatives has endorsed the report of its House Committee on Aviation, which had indicted Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah, over the purchase of two BMW cars at the hefty sum of N255 million. The House endorsed the report at a Plenary on Thursday.

The report concluded that for approving cars that were not budgeted in 2013 and for an amount far above the approval limit of the ministry, Oduah had broken the law.

It said the minister committed the breach by approving expenditure of over N643m for the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority to procure 54 vehicles this year. The House noted that her approval limit as a minister was N100m.

The House asked President Goodluck Jonathan to decide whether he should continue to retain her services as a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

New Reports: Islam Banned In Angola, Minister Says The Process Of Legalization Of Islam Not Approved Yet!

It's been reported that Angola Islam has been banned in Angola. I thought there should be freedom of religion to every citizen of a country. Isn't that part of human right?

The Guardian Express on November 22nd reported that Islam has been banned in Angola. I keep repeating the report because it's really hard to accept it.

In the report the Angolan Minister of Culture Rosa Cruz e Silva said that the process of legalization of Islam has not been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and so their mosques would be closed until further notice.”

Also, as at yesterday (November 24), The Angola President José Eduardo dos Santos said that the country is working toward putting an end to Islamic influence in Angola once and for all. Again, there is no word of what or who has been influenced and why it needs to stop.

Are religions to be ''legalized or approved" I thought it's an individual thing. (*Correct Me If I'm Wrong*).

BBC News Workers Seen Playing with Umbrellas and Picking Their Noses Behind A Presenter During Broadcast

This is how Daily Mail is reporting it:

BBC staff haven't quite got used to how much viewers can see what's going on in the newsroom through the glass wall at the back of their new 24-hour news studio, it seems.

Complaints have been rolling in about the journalists seen in the background of news broadcasts chomping bananas, chatting, yawning, stretching, picking their noses and even flirting and playfighting in their new open-plan office at London's Broadcasting House.

Comments on social media websites have picked up on the antics of staff in the Corporation's multi-million pound 'fish bowl' newsroom since it moved from its previous home in Television Centre in March.

Explosion In Kenya's WestGate Mall, Smoke Billows

He said he and four others hid next to a large walk-in refrigerator, while other people hid in the refrigerator itself. At one point the attackers shot everyone inside the refrigerator, without noticing his group. Mr. Omoding said a bullet grazed his chest but he kept quiet and remained unseen, and was rescued at 9 p.m. Saturday.

Among the dead were four Britons, two Canadians including a diplomat, two French women and a prominent Ghanaian poet, their governments said. The British government, which said next of kin had been informed, added that the number of British fatalities could rise. The local press reported that a Kenyan radio presenter was killed on the roof, and Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta said his nephew and the nephew's fiancée died in the attack.

When the shooting started, some in the mall ran in one direction only to find themselves facing another flank of shooters. "We tried to escape through the main gate, but the attackers were also coming through that gate. So we turned and tried to go back to the basement," said Peter Ouma, a 25-year-old construction worker.

Mr. Ouma, who was in the basement when attackers entered, said they were dressed in black with their faces masked "like ninjas." He said there was one woman in that group.

Let's Talk Naija: Why Are Nigerians Living In Abject Poverty Though Sourrounded By Sources of Incredible Wealth?

I really get frustrated when I read about the wealth nature has blessed Nigeria with. Today I’ll focus on Nigeria’s natural gas and hope you’ll join me and reason.
Nigeria has a proven reserve of 260 trillion cubic feet of Natural gas. (Someone once said that this will last this country for about more than 200 years). I also read that Nigeria's gas reserve is triple the nation's crude oil resources. I need not mention that we (Nigeria) are not fully harnessing our gas resources.
My big question is WHY? Why are we wallowing in poverty while we have so much wealth? Why is the average Nigerian living below $1 daily. Because a new poll result released by NOI Polls Limited has revealed that only about 2 in 10 (19 percent) Nigerians spend less than $1 a day on food while 80 percent spend over N160 ($1) daily says Vanguard.

This is absolutely unimaginable, but sadly it’s the truth. The thing is a lot of Nigerians don’t care and have psychologically put on an attitude of we will survive (in this hard condition! Really!!!)

Vatican May Possibly Consider Discussing Marriage For Catholic Priests

In what is an unprecedented move, the Vatican has opened the door to the possibility of Catholic priests being allowed to marry.

For centuries Catholic Church tradition has required celibacy from priests. The Canon Law of the church states, “Clerics are obliged to observe perfect and perpetual continence for the sake of the kingdom of heaven, and therefore are bound to celibacy, which is a special gift of God by which sacred ministers can adhere more easily to Christ with an undivided heart and are able to dedicate themselves more freely to the service of God and humanity.”

Kenya Offers Nigeria 46 Oil Blocks

Minister of Trade and Investments, Olusegun Aganga, said the maiden economic forum between Nigeria and Kenya had recorded a huge success in terms of trade and economic development between both countries.

He said the forum was a door opener to new range of opportunities that would increase the volume of trade and value of investments between Nigeria and Kenya, which had, hitherto, been so low.

Nigerian business mogul and Forbes magazine richest black person in the world, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, who led the Nigerian delegation and chaired the dialogue group, said a number of Nigerian investors would be willing to invest in the oil sector in Kenya.

Dangote, at the forum, announced the decision of his conglomerate to invest $400 million (about N64 billion) in cement production in Kenya.
