As the curtains of 2016 Rio Olympics, Kenya's Kipchoge has clinched a gold medal in the mens marathon finishing in 2:08:44. Ethiopia's Feyisa Lilesa won the silver medal and America's Galen Rupp taking the bronze medal home.
Kipchoge after the race said "I was coming here for gold. "It feels great. I felt I had a little bit in the tank and it was comfortable, it was very comfortable. This is the best win of my life."
