Funke Opeke is the Business Woman of the Year- CNBC Africa

 

 The All Africa Business Leader Awards (AABLA) Ceremony held at the Vodadome, Midrand South Africa. Brought together regional winners across Africa  who had been selected.

The AABLA awards is a platform that helps to discover business leaders that support entrepreneurial development, best business practices and develop business models in the Africa.

This year, Funke Opeke,  CEO of Main One Cable Company in Nigeria wins the Award. Other Nigerian nominees are: Mitchell Elegbe, CEO/MD of Interswitch, (Business Leader of the year award), Ernest Azudialu- Obiejesi, CEO and President of NestOil (Entrepreneur of the year), and the Late Tayo Aderinokun, Former MD, GTBank, (Lifetime Acheivement Award).

Funke Opeke dedicated the award to her shareholders, Main street technologies, and her team of great individuals.

Did i mention that she is also a WISCAR, (Women In Successful Careers) yes she is!
