Donald Trumps Campaign Chief Has Resigned

Donald Trump's presidential Campaign chief Paul Manafort, has resigned. It was reported that he was linked to a pro-Russia lobbying scandal.

Yesterday Friday 19th of August, 2016 Donald Trump stated that "This morning Paul Manafort offered, and I accepted, his resignation from the campaign,". He also said that  he is appreciative for Paul's great work in helping to get them (his campaign) where they were today, and in particular his work guiding them through the delegate and convention process. Trump also said that Paul is a true professional and he wishes him the greatest success.

In other news, Trump's son Eric said  that his dad feels that Mr. Manfort was becoming a “distraction”, He said “I think my father didn’t want to be distracted by whatever things Paul was dealing with,” Eric may have been referring to the Ukrainian controversies.

Some news tabloids stated that Manafort was brought to tame Donald Trump’s freewheeling presidential campaign just two months ago.
Trump's new team now has a huge task of ensuring that the republican nominee remains on track rather than sparking controversies.
