To maximize the delivery of processing and fulfillment services to internal and external customers, by managing the people,
operational activities and technology in line with the customer services
strategy. Ensure that FICA compliance requirements are met in line with
legislation.

Minimum Requirement
- Relevant
degree or diploma in Contact Center Management
Experience Required
- 3 –
5 years managerial experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- Customer
Services experience (essential).
- 3
years’ acquisitions and sales experience within the financial services
industry.
- Call
centre experience within the financial services industry.
- Understanding
of the end-to-end sales process.
